Singha (singa bersayap) is a mythical winged lion creature popular in Southeast Asian mythology, especially in the Indonesian province of Bali. They are often depicted as stone or bronze statues where they are used as Temple Guardians. They are also commonly carved as wooden statues for home decoration. One of the Himmapan forest creatures of Buddhist/Hindu mythology.In Indonesia, especially Bali, they have wings and are in a sitting position, usually with one paw raised.
